Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is under 50 pounds.
Non-refundable deposit is $300 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.
